Apple Mac (OS X) Training Reflection

10th August 2016 I received three days training on OS X Support Essentials 10.11 (El Capitan) and passed the exam to qualify as an Apple Certified Support Professional.

I have worked through some of the class exercises again on my Mac computer and included some step-by-step instructions here: Apple Mac (OS X) Training.

Module 3: Create Your Portfolio

I am new to using Word Press and I enjoyed learning how to use it.  I particularly liked experimenting with the different layouts by previewing how my site would look with the different Theme options.  

Module 2: Lay The Groundwork

I find it useful to have accounts with different cloud services so that if a student arrives using a particular account, I know how to use it and I am able to advise accordingly.  I have accounts with Google Drive,One Drive, Box, iCloud Drive, Dropbox and Spideroak.
